A modern reassuring website with useful information for patients and their loved ones
Retreat South has a long history of success with these personal programs, and a well known and respected outpatient support service. One of the main design requirements was to reflect this image in the new website by positioning Retreat South as transparent and trusted, discreet yet effective, a provider who puts the focus on the humans behind the conditions and those who treat them on a one-to-one basis.
As such the new website focused on the human element as much as the brand story, featuring client testimonials, team bios, vibrant imagery of the retreat location and accommodation, along with detailed info on the range of conditions they regularly assist with.
Built on the flexible WordPress platform, the website is fully managed by the Retreat South team with minimal technical knowledge, after training the team can easily add and edit website content, blog posts, news, and clinical articles. Empowering Retreat South to take control of their own digital strategy.
In the near future, we are assisting Retreat South with the technology and implementation of online consulting services, lowering costs for patients to utilise this valuable service while expanding the market potential for our forward-thinking client.
