Their old website was out of date, reflected poorly on the business and did not use available digital tech to assist in any administration or customer service. Turnstone knew their first contact with their mostly international customer base came via their website, so aside from being informative and useful, the new website had to make it easy to navigate through this complex, constantly changing area of immigration law. The new site also had to in turn manage applicants along this sometimes lengthy and emotional journey.
After an initial discovery session it was clear Turnstone had fallen into certain administrative processes that may have worked but they were far from efficient or streamlined in order to provide a fast reliable service. There was too much double handling of data and too much time spent via email to qualify those people who would indeed make an ideal customer for the business. Growth was clearly being stifled.
Modern, trustworthy and informative with real business efficiencies
Nextwave delivered a modern, trustworthy and informative website with some smart functionality and back office features to introduce some real efficiencies in the business, from both a visa applicant and team perspective.
This allowed Turnstone to respond quicker to enquiries, screen applicants, and do a lot of the groundwork without any human intervention. Suitable applicants are then flagged for followup with a case file that is already substantially completed by the applicant themselves, ready to build on by one of the Turnstone solicitors.

Nextwave also implemented a CRM to stores all the necessary data, the stage of each individuals application, creating flags for any missing requirements and more. This elimination of the paper trail that had been a part of the business for years has repositioned the business on a far improved foundation for future growth.
