Using Gmail as your webmail tool and complete email backup. I will outline the basics below, if you need help completing the tasks contact us for a desktop support session.

Setup a Gmail account in your Google Account: https://www.google.com/accounts/

• - Make sure to choose an email address similar to your business name: yourbusinessname@gmail.com
  
• - Goto: settings - select account tab and setup your email reply to options
  
• - Contact us to arrange setup of a email forward to this new gmail address: you@yourbusiness.com fowards to yourbusinessname@gmail.com
  
• - Test send to yourself. You should now receive a copy of all mail to your Gmail account, plus when ever you send an email via gmail your recipient will receive your sent email from yourbusinessname@gmail.com on behalf of you@yourbusiness.com
