Adding Email Account
The following tutorial will guide you through setting up Microsoft's Outlook Express 6 for email. Please review mailbox setup - video tutorials
Open your Outlook Express
Click Tools and click Accounts

In the Mail folder you should see your e-mail account. Remove any accounts you are not using, with theRemove button.
If you do not have an email account, click on Add to add a new mail account

Type the name you wish to appear on the e-mails you send. Click Next to continue

Enter your email address in the form: someone@yourdomain.com.auClick Nextto continue

My incoming mail server should be set to POP3. Incoming mailshould be set to:mail.yourdomain.com.au
Outgoing mailshould be set to: mail.yourISP.com.au. ClickNext to continue.
There is a couple of ways to do this, however we will keep it as simply as possible by using your internet service providers (ISP) mailserver.
At this point you'll need to have your account details handy. Enter the incoming mail server (mail.yourISPmailserver.com.au), please check which outgoing mailserver details your ISP requires. Authentication is not required so make sure it's unticked. Click continue.
Please note; you may also set this to your domains mail server setting, however doing so may require additional settings. A: Your smtp port will need to be changed from 25 to 26. You may require authentication via password as well.

Type your usernamein the Account Name field. Type your password in thePasswordfield. ClickNextto continue

Click Finish

Well done! You have now setup Outlook Express to handle your email.
