When you open Outlook 2007 for the first time, the Wizard will automatically run

Click
Next
to continue

Select the
Yes
option to setup an email account

Click
Next
to continue

In the
Your Name
field fill out the name you would like your emails to be addressed from, such as Barbara Sankovic

Enter your email address in the
Email Address
field

Fill in your email password in the
Password
field and confirm it by retyping it in the
Retype Password
field

Put a tick in the box marked
Manually configure server settings or additional server types

Click
Next
to continue

This will then lock all the information you have provided

Click
Next
to continue

By default the option selected should be
Internet Email
- if this option is not selected, please choose it

Click
Next
to continue

Your Name
and
Email Address
should be filled out already, but if not fill this information in again

The default
Account Type
is POP3 which is correct and doesn't need to be changed

Incoming
mail server is
mail.yourdomain.com.au

Outgoing
mail server is
mail.yourdomain.com.au

Username
is your email address
-
Password
is your email password (as entered earlier)

Click
Next
to continue

Click
Finish
to complete the setup process
Congratulations! You have now configured Outlook 2007 for your email.
