Nextwave has been working with Silver Cross Australia across a range of digital channels for the last 7 years. Over that time Nextwave has driven growth in online sales and reduced business costs via streamlined processes for this iconic brand.
Siver Cross was looking to double down on digital, but to do so needed a fresh new website running on a more feature rich and future proof ecommerce platform than it was currently using. Given our knowledge of the brand and Shopify expert status we took on the project with a view to further increasing online sales and business efficiencies.

Showcasing a remarkable brand story, whilst creating a seamless buying experience. Working with Silver Cross to design and build their new Shopify ecommerce platform, we ensured their customers were satisfied at every interaction.
This included a reviews component, POS integration, inventory, and accounting integration, along with stockist locator, Facebook, and Instagram integration through to streamlining customer support by implementing a new customer service application and onboarding the support team. Silver Cross is now well placed for the future.
